With over five years of experience in customer support, team coordination, and operations management within international IT firms, I bring strong skills in customer care, query resolution, and team leadership. Currently, I serve as a Property Manager and Administrator in real estate, where I apply my organizational abilities and interpersonal acumen to streamline property operations and enhance client satisfaction.

Academically, I’ve completed B.Com, M.Com. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family and friends, and I enjoy cooking. Working alongside Manpreet at Manage Better has been particularly inspiring.
